2. Brief Course Introduction
Modern Chinese Grammar Teaching course is a Professional Required Course for those whose major is International Chinese Education. For the purpose of training students as teachers in international Chinese education, on the basis of their knowledge of modern Chinese, this course will systematically introduce the grammar theory and the newest research achievements of modern Chinese. Meanwhile, it will explore the methodology of Chinese grammar pedagogy. The content of this course mainly includes the following: features and methods of Chinese grammar; classification and judging of characteristic of a word; application and problem of Analytic Hierarchy Process method; application and assessment of method of sentence analysis; multi-complex sentences analysis; semantic orientation and semantic feature analysis; valency grammar analysis; principle and strategy of TCSL grammar teaching.
