TV Chromatology explains theories and features of color formation from the perspective of physics, physiology and psychology. Besides, it talks about artistic concepts and emotions expressed by combination of different colors and their applications in painting, lighting, shooting and editing during the process of TV-program making. Since visual arts share commons in color application, the applied scope of TV Chromatology is not confined only to TV-program making. It has a practical function and can serve as a reference both in our daily life and in the field of film, opera, shooting, fine arts, dyeing and weaving. Through the study of this course, students can apply color more precisely and make the pictures of photography and video recording more beautiful than before.
