This course is compulsory course for sophomore majoring in Broadcasting and Hosting. It aims to enable students to have knowledge about the differences and relations among broadcasting skills of various types such as literary works. And it helps students to master the techniques of broadcasting various manuscripts, and to better understand the expressiveness and infectivity of verbal language, and strengthen their linguistic competence.
It will expose students to basic concepts and methods of literary works broadcasting, practice of singing verses, prose, story telling, and dubbing for radio plays and movie and television play, and so on.
Course Learning Outcomes: On completing this course, students will be able to: 1.Clearly know the technique requirements of broadcasting different types of literary manuscripts.2.Appropriately apply the broadcasting techniques.3.Improve personal cultivation and motivate the audience by profound understanding of the text.
