2. Brief Course Introduction
Study on Book Edition teaches the application knowledge at book editing on the basis of edition knowledge corresponding with modern practical editing. It includes the work theory and method of the following aspects: topic selecting, contribution soliciting, draft review processing, and manuscript sending, proofreading, binding design, propaganda and reprinting. It introduces the characteristics of different kinds of books, such as social books, literary books, technical books and reference books, and also tells the specialty of the edition work besides the general theory and method.
