Yao Fengmin, Professor，PhD of economics，and is the supervisor of postgraduates. He was granted the Nan Yue excellent teacher of Guangdong. He is the director of finance and taxation school in GDUFE as well as the vice president of the institute for tax cadres for further study. He is also a member of Chinese finance association, executive member of China tax education research association, member of Guangdong economy institute, vice-president of Guangdong provincial government procurement association, Guangdong finance academy, deputy secretary general, director of Guangdong institute of taxation, executive director of the Guangdong rural economy research association, standing director of Guangdong budget accounting research association, executive director of the association of Guangdong asset evaluation, executive director of the Guangdong province local taxation research institute, Guangdong international taxation research association member, adviser of the departments of Guangdong province for debt issuance, special researcher of Guangzhou municipal office, SAT, the budget supervision of Guangzhou people's congress, expert of Guangzhou financial advisory committee. What's more, he is also the director of the research center for taxation service, director of the research centers for government procurement. His main research field is the finance and taxation theory and policy, successively published over 80 papers in "Finance Research" and "Taxation Research". He has published academic monographs too. He has been responsible or participated in editing 8 works, and participated in more than 30 projects of national or provincial levels. Additionally, he has been awarded more than 15 prizes.
