Appraisal of Machinery and Equipment is one of the core curriculums of Asset Evaluation. A person that wants to be engaged in related works should take this course. The students should finish Asset Evaluation Theory. This course is divided into 3 parts. The first part is basic knowledge about M&E, and the second part is about how the typical machines and equipment work, and the third part is about valuation of the M&Es after the economic analysis and life analysis. This course aims to help the students lay a solid foundation for mechanical electrical engineering knowledge, after graduation the students can start working in this particular field. The mechanical electrical engineering knowledge includes materials, machining methods, transmission, the working principle of typical machines and equipment, the economic management of the machines, the life analysis of the machines, and the evaluation of M&Es.
