The course of “International Settlement” is a combination of theory and practice. Through learning, students are required to deeply understand different international settlement tools, settlement methods and settlement documents, and have a comprehensive knowledge of international financing in international trade. Students should also understand new developments in international settlement. During the course, the students are required to read a number of documents and letters of credit and analyze them with the given terms in international settlement practice. They also should participate in class discussions actively and complete the practice of the main documents carefully.
