2. Course Introduction

Securities investment course is a subject that contains investment environment, modern investment theory, investment analysis and investment strategy. Investment environment will introduce:
(1)the concepts, properties, nature of the equity, bonds, funds and derivatives; (2) types of security markets and supervision, especially the issuing market and secondary market; As for modern investment theory, we will introduce portfolio investment theory, the CAPM, the APT and efficiency market theory. Investment analysis will teach how to engage in merger and acquisition investment, fundamental analysis and technical analysis. Investment strategy introduces the procedure, object and preconditions of the investment, and the equity investment strategies, bond investment strategies as well.
