2. Course Introduction

This course covers both the theory and practice of investment banks and their business conducts systematic and comprehensive exposition. The theoretical part focuses on the introduction of investment banking basics. During the first and second course part, we will focus on the definition of investment banking, functions, regulators, develop new trends, investment risk management and investment banking operations and other internal organizational structure of the contents of bank, investment bank. In practical terms, focus on the analysis of the investment bank's core business. During the third part of the course, we focus on the issue of securities, securities investment and trading, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, asset management and so on.
