Investment Fund Management is a course on how to make investments. It includes: development situation at home and abroad and its status and role in the financial system in the concept and characteristics, securities investment funds in the legal form and mode of operation; types of securities investment funds, the main fund type of risk-return characteristics and analysis methods; fund raising, trading and registration; fund management companies, fund custodian main responsibilities, internal management and internal control; fund marketing, valuation of the Fund, expenses and accounting; income distribution and tax information disclosure fund of funds, the regulatory fund. Through the study of this course, we are required to master the basic theory, practical operation of the securities investment funds and management knowledge and investment-related aspects of science, be familiar with relevant laws, regulations and the basic requirements.
