2. Course Introduction

Behavioral finance is developed on the basis of the classical theory of financial economics, psychology and behavior deviation based study to explore financial decisions. In this course, we will first introduce the classical theory of financial economics framework, followed by analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the interpretation of classical finance framework phenomena that exist in the market, on the basis of focus on the individual decision-making in an uncertain environment, psychology and deviant behavior, and thus the classical theory of financial decision-making under the assumption of individual rationality challenges and correction; in subsequent sections,explore all areas of behavioral finance theory of financial development and its application, including behavioral asset pricing, behavioral finance company behavioral investment strategies; Finally, we discuss the latest developments in the forefront of behavioral finance.
