2. Course Introduction
This course introduces the fundamental theory and application of real estate finance & investment. Real estate finance & investment is a science which contains a series of issues of financing and investment performance, and results of exploitation, construction, marketing and operation of real estate. This course aims to help students understand the foreign systematic theories of real estate finance & investment, and apply it in China. The course also aims to introduce the development history and the current issues in Chinese real estate industry to students.
