2. Course Introduction
Based on Insurance, Introduction to Law and Economic Law, this course analyzes the reasons of insurance disputes and introduces the methods to solve them in accordance with existing insurance dispute cases, covering insurance offers, acceptance, contracts coming into force and insurance claims, involving life insurance, enterprise property insurance, liability insurance and auto insurance. The purpose of this course is to understand how to apply laws and regulations such as Insurance Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, and Law on road traffic safety, etc. to solve insurance disputes.
