1.Graduated from the Law School of Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1984,Master of Wuhan University(1989-1992，major of International economic law ),Doctor of Wuhan University（2003-2010，major of Private international law ) .
2. Employed by the Law School of Guangxi University as a teacher in 1984-1996, from 1996 to now work in the Law School of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics as a Professor.
3. Research results:
(1)Books: Interregional conflict of laws—the legal coordination of the Mainland of China (Guangdong), Hong Kong and Macau, International private law, Contract law, International business law etc.
(2)Papers: On international trade in goods risk transfer conditions, On Arrangements on Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matter between Mainland and Macao and Hong Kong, Risks and prevention of Bill of lading, Letter of credit risk and its prevention etc.
