Xie Xiongwei, Doctor of criminal law in Wuhan University, served as deputy director of legal department at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, the associate professor in the Department of criminal law and public order science, mainly engaging in criminal law teaching and research work, who is also a lawyer of Beijin Dongwei law firms.
Main social functions: the secretary general of medicine and food security in Guangdong province law society, the secretary general of criminal law in Guangzhou law society.
More than 2o papers have been published in core academic journeys like ‘Law Review’, ‘Journal of Wuhan University’, ‘Law Journal’ etc.
The thesis of ‘The criminal legislation and judicial characteristics of the Mongolia area in the Qing Dynasty was awarded second price in Philosophy and Social Sciences Excellent Achievement Prize in Guangdong Province (2012-2013).
