Meng Guobi

Meng Guobi, female, a native of Jianshi of Hubei province, is a member of Communist Party of China. She is a professor of School of Law of Guangdong University of Finance and Economic and a postgraduate tutor. She is also a doctor of law of Xiamen University, a senior visiting scholar of Boston University, a member of CSIEL and a part-time lawyer of Guangdong Huazhijie Law Office. Her main research direction includes fundamental theory of international economic law, international trade law and international investment law.
She has published more than 40 academic papers in periodicals such as Jurists Review, Law Science, Wuhan University Journal (Philosophy & Social Sciences), Journal of International Economic Law and Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology; directed 7 scientific and teaching research projects above provincial level and 6 projects of school level; participated in multiple national and provincial scientific research projects; published one academic monograph and chiefly edited two textbooks. She mainly lectures professional courses such as international economic law, international trade law and international commercial law. She was awarded the school-level outstanding teaching prize by 7 times, awarded school-level advanced individual of "three educates" by 3 times and was excellent in annual assessment several times.
