Lu Xiaoming, male, a professor, a doctor of laws with master's degree, graduated from Renmin University of China as a major of Civil and Commercial Law. He is a postgraduate tutor for the major of Civil and Commercial Law, the vice president of School of Law and a member of law popularization lecturers of Guangdong provincial government. He has published more than 30 papers in academic journals such as Studies in Law and Business, Science of Law, Modern Law Science, Jurists Review and Civil and Commercial Law Review. He also directed and participated in multiple provincial projects of Ministry of Education and National Population and Family Planning Commission of P. R. China.
