Liu Wei

Liu Wei (November 1977-), a doctor of law, an associate professor, a member of Jurisprudence Institute of Guangdong Law Society and a member of Modern Chinese Law Research Society of Japan, graduated from School of Law of Jilin University as a legal theory major in December 2006 and got her doctorate of law. From April 2005 to March 2007, she attended the late-stage courses for doctors in School of Law of Hokkaido University. Since she joined Guangdong University of Finance and Economic in July 2007, she has undertaken the job to teach undergraduates and postgraduates the required jurisprudence courses each year and offered specialized optional courses such as sociology of law, legal negotiation, special subject on judicial system and legal argumentation. These courses have gained good effects. In 2010 and 2011, she was respectively awarded the school-level outstanding prize for teaching quality. In 2011, she was honored with the title of “Top 10 Outstanding Young Teachers” since her total point was the second in the 3rd teaching competition of young teachers. She directed multiple popularization and application projects on teaching informatization of Guangdong University of Finance and Economic and supported or participated in various provincial scientific projects. She wrote one monograph, chiefly edited or participated in editing 2 textbooks and once published multiple specialized papers about science of law in core periodicals such as Gansu Social Sciences.
