Li Dan, female, doctor of laws, is a lecturer of School of Laws of Guangdong University of Finance and Economic. Her main research direction is Environment and Resources Protection Law and Science of Economic Law. She once participated in the UNFAO-SFA-EU project “Research on Collective Forest Property Reform” and the CASS- University of Cambridge project “Research on Comprehensive Watershed Management”. She directed the project “Research on Legal Approaches of Environmental Management Innovation” of Education Department of Guangdong province. Her academic achievements mainly comprise “Ten-year Review on EU Water Framework Directive and Implement Achievements thereof”, “Research on Collective Forestry Property Right Transfer of China and Legal system for Trade”, “Legal Consideration on Promoting Great-leap-forward Development of Water Resource Management of Hubei Province”, “Enlightenment from Local Practice of Environmental Nonprofit Litigation in China and its System” and “Research on Legal Issues of Animal derived food Safety of EU”.
