He Ran, An assistant professor in the College of Law at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics in Guangzhou, China. Graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai, China, and got Ph.D. in 2001. An advanced visiting scholar of The Centre of Human Rights Research in Peking University, Beijing, China. Earned the Philosophy and the Law Teacher Certificates for Higher Education, and the Lawyer Certificate of the People’s Republic of China. Main research interests are in philosophy of rights, justice and and distributive theories. Having been teaching many undergraduate and graduate courses, including various courses in both Philosophy and Law, such as Philosophy of Rights, Philosophy of Law, Jurisprudence, Legal Sociology, Constitutional Law, Constitutional Law, and International Human Rights Law.
