Zeng Xiangsheng, an associate professor of Law & Economic Development Institute of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, a doctor of laws and a postgraduate tutor, mainly researches on General Regulation of Civil Law, Contract Law and Corporation Law.
The associate professor Zeng Xiangsheng has undertaken teaching tasks for undergraduates and postgraduates for long time. He mainly conducts lectures about Contract Law, Special Subjects on Civil and Commercial Law, Judicial Principles and Mock Court Trial. In the teaching process, he can take the advantages of his previous work in judicial organizations and pay attention to the combination of theories and judicial practices, thus he has gained excellent classroom teaching effect. In recent years, he has published 16 papers as an independent author or the first author on periodicals above CLSCI and CSSCI level such as Studies in Law and Business, Law Review and Legal Forum. He conducted two humanities and social science fund projects (understudied) of Ministry of Education and 4 projects below the provincial level; published and compiled multiple academic monographs; and achieved breakthroughs in the field of civil and commercial law.
