2. Brief Course Introduction

The business ethics is one of the major courses in business administration and economics. It is somewhat special because it is not directed by profit and competition, but emphasizes on importance of business ethics and business morality. In pace with changes in marketing environment and enhancement of consumer ethics consciousness,it is becoming more and more valuable to research and apply business ethics. This course we set up includes some important content of business ethics,such as its connotation,forming and development, etc. It involves not only internal management of an enterprise,but also relationships between different enterprises. It considers business ethics in both an internet context and a global one. What’s more,we concern a generalized concept of business ethics, which overcomes the traditional concept in commodity circulation domain, including all the commercial and industrial enterprises, to further explore core problems in business ethics and corporate social responsibility.
