Organizational Behavior is one of the most important Specialty Course for Undergraduates Majoring in Business Administration. It aims to help the undergraduates to understand people’s behaviors’ (including individuals’, groups’ and organizational) law in an organization in order to prepare them better pursuit of a management career. The content includes: individuals’ behavior and the cause and effect, groups’ behavior-conception, characteristics, structure, theory of leadership and motivation, conflict and negotiation.
