2. Course Description

Employee recruitment and evaluation is a core course of human resource management. This course introduces the basic procedures of recruitment from the aspects of recruiting selection and employment. Specific content includes: recruitment advertising, recruitment channels, personnel selection technology, new staff training, and training, etc. 

In personnel selection process, this course introduces the theory and types of personal quality evaluation, principle and method of constructing the evaluation index system, focus on the selection process of the use of a variety of evaluation methods, such as psychological testing, ability test, assessment center etc. 

This course is designed to enable students to understand the basic theory of employee recruitment and evaluation, master the general methods and skills of recruitment and evaluation. The course can help students to combine the actual situation of enterprises and institutions, independent or to participate in the completion of the recruitment and employment after graduation.
