2. Brief Course Introduction

Strategic management is a dynamic process, by which companies determine the enterprise mission, clear the business goals according to the enterprise external and internal factors, ensure these goals to be properly implemented, and finally make the enterprise mission achieved. The task of strategic management is to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise in the condition of keeping the dynamic balance between strategic target and internal and external environment, through the strategy formulation, strategy implementation and regulatory management. Through learning the course, the students are expected not only to set up the cognition of the strategic management, grasp the strategic management theory and method, but also could applied it in the enterprise operation and management activities, and improve the market position and competitiveness of enterprises.
