2. Course Description

Through studying of the course，students can understand the development process of business process management, consider the customer as the center of the process management, the implementation of enterprise business process management performance assessment, have the basic skills to optimize and integrate the business processes of the enterprise. The main contents of this course include: Analysis of the evolution of the process management theory, to understand the background of the times, to understand the essence of process management; grasp  the different methods of process evaluation index system and process analysis; process diagnosis skills, and the process of diagnosis and optimization of the process flow and restructuring; process optimization skills including reducing, deleting, merging, automation; to construct the process oriented organization, the distinction between the process organization and the traditional organization, the team of different situations; process management and the integration of modern IT technology, the main process management software and its application scene analysis; enterprise process management project implementation.
