Course Description
Nature of Enterprise and Growth Theory is an important part of modern theory of Enterprise. It also help students of the business administration specialty to understand the survival, growth, evolution and incentive issues in the enterprise. The course is based on new institutional economics, strategic management of the endogenous growth theory and evolutionary economics and other related fields, in order to analyze vertical integration of enterprises, diversified growth, bureaucratic structure design, incentive system arrangements and employment relationships. The specific content of the course include: corporate boundaries and vertical integration, the enterprise's ownership analysis, the optimal decision of enterprise, strategic growth choice of the late development enterprise, enterprise employment analysis.
