2. Brief Course Introduction

Through the course of study and practice, students learn about the history of management science basically, and have certain knowledge of Chinese management. Students will master the basic method for making a plan; know to make a decision by using the relative theories and techniques, understand the meaning of organization strategy, use human resource management theory to design the organization, construct organizational culture and organizational innovation, master basic leadership and communication skills, and cab incent the organization member, understand the basic theory of control, general control method, learn to use modern information technology to achieve effective control.
