Since the 1980’s, Entrepreneurship has been developed to be a relatively independent branch of Management. Entrepreneurship has become a very powerful economic force to mankind. There are four parts in Entrepreneurship: general introduction to the concept of Entrepreneurship, developing the Entrepreneurial plan, initiating and managing Entrepreneurial ventures, growth and development of Entrepreneurial ventures. This course covers the concept of Entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial opportunity analysis, feasibility analysis,, writing a Entrepreneurial plan, venture financing, venture enterprise strategy choice, starting a business, entrepreneurial teams and organizations, the expansion of new ventures, the termination of enterprise bankruptcy, the legal problems of venture enterprises, etc.
