Labor and Social Security Undergraduate

I.Training Objective

The professional training courses  of the program which emphasize solid  knowledge of management, economics and sociology, are aimed to get the students acquainted with labor and social security policies, regulations, and modern management technology and methods. The program allows students to engage in actual work in labor and social security sector.  After finishing the courses, students can work in  labor and social security departments, policy research departments, public human resource management departments, enterprises and institutions of human resource management department, financial companies, insurance companies, welfare institutions, community organizations and the department for teaching and scientific research work of application oriented talents.

IV. Credit Requirements

Students are required to take 165 credits (except the extracurricular courses credits), including 57 credits for the general required courses, 12 credits for general elective courses, 40 credits for discipline based courses, 34 credits for  professional required courses, 11 credits for  professional elective courses and 11 credits for comprehensive application courses. At the same time, students need to get 10 credits of quality development, and accomplish their study in Health Education for College Students.

Calculus, Public management, An introduction to Economic, Introduction to Law, Linear Algebra, the Government in Economics, Management Information System, Sociology and Social Investigation Method, an Introduction to Social Security, Labor and Social Security Act, Labor Relations, Security Fund Management.
