Human Resource Management

The Program is guided by the principles of "solid theory knowledge, strong practical skills, innovative minds and high quality" and "outstanding human resource management", and explores the characteristics of personnel training mode and curriculum structure, to educate the students those can systematically grasp the basic theory, knowledge and professional skills of human resource management and labor relationship management. The students should have the ability to adapt to the market economy, and are suitable for relevant work positions in the government departments, enterprises and institutions. This program is also an experimental major of provincial comprehensive innovation. The department now has 11 full-time teachers, including 5 professors, 3 associate professors, 8 PhDs, and 7 master advisers. Many teachers have been to the United States and other countries for academic visits and exchanges. There is one national and more than 10 provincial research projects hosted by the department and over 60 academic research papers have been published in core journals such as Management World and China Human Resources Development.
