This course is a basic course for MPA degree.36 hours,2 credits. This course aims at teaching MPA students basic theories of the Constitution Law and the Administrative Law, as well as the related judicial practice. The main contents of this course include basic theories of Constitution Law and Administrative Law, administrative body, administrative acts, administrative procedure and administrative relief. Furthermore, by case study, particular emphasis will be placed upon analyzing and solving practical problems concerning with legislation, law enforcement and judicial practice. |
