Teaching Objectives
This course is designed to make the students understand the basic principle of human resource development and management, To master the operation techniques and methods of human resource management in the public sector on the basis of distinguishing between public sector and private sector management. Finally it can improve students' ability of solving general public sector human resource development and management and quality of comprehensive management.

This course covers the fundamentals of non-profit including Job analysis, Human resource planning ,Recruitment and selection, Career development and management, performance appraisal, employee training, employee motivation, employee compensation and benefits, etc..
