Teaching Objectives
The purpose of this course is to grasp basic theories and methods of financial management, so that students can use them to solve practical problems. The expected results and capability includes two sections: The first one is to make the students have comprehensive understanding of financial management theory and specialized knowledge; The second one is to direct the students to improve the ability of financial decisions-making under uncertain environment.
Teaching Contents
This course focuses on financial management target, financial environment, corporate governance, financial analysis, capital structure, project evaluation, dividend policy, enterprise mergers and acquisitions, enterprise group management, and other related content.
Key points: The basic principles of advanced financial management; The enterprise decision-making of fund raising, investment and distribution; The theory and practice of enterprise M&A.
Difficult points: The enterprise value concept and evaluation; The theory and application of capital structure; The theory and application of stock options incentive; The  theory and application of control transfer; The enterprise internal capital market.
