In view of the knowledge background and ability of the graduate students in the course of insurance, the insurance law system and regulation policy is based on the basic principle and typical cases. The basic theory and analysis methods of modern insurance law system are further analyzed. Through the course of teaching, to make the students achieve: 1. To master the basic concepts of insurance law, logical clue and analysis method; 2. to explain the latest insurance law system and the summary of the current legal practice, analyze the theoretical research of the insurance law, current and difficult issues in the process of litigation, and pay attention to the proposed problems, research and find a solution; 3. This course introduces the basic system of insurance law, and analyzes the current hot issues and typical cases in terms of contemporary insurance laws and regulations. The contents of the course includes insurance law basic principles, legal system of insurance, insurance regulatory system, legal system of insurance contract, insurance agents, brokers and assessor system, life insurance legal system, property insurance legal system. The basic concepts of insurance consumer rights and interests, including the interests of the insured and the insuring, the insurance market regulation theory, the insurance contract and so on. This course is based on the theory of civil commercial law and insurance practice, to observe the insurance activities and insurance disputes in the market economy, to cultivate students' comprehensive theoretical analysis ability and the practical ability of legal regulations. |
