Teaching Objectives
The main issue of human capital is the problem of how to transform the latent human capital into the dominant; which in value creation stage is influenced by the rates of conversion, efficiency and application; in the value of the acquisition phase, depending on the enterprise production capacity and restructuring; in the value of the operational phase, depending on the operational capability of the dominant value of human capital and its increasing. In essence, the human capital operation depends on the arrangement of the property right system of human capital. Studying this course, the candidates have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the basic principles of human capital and the different methods of human capital related issues, ultimately improving the candidates' ability to analyze and solve problems.
Teaching Contents
This course mainly discusses the positioning, pricing and qualitative factors of human capital. The contents include: the concept of human capital, the development of human capital, capital structure theory and innovation, human capital measurement, investment and return in human capital, cost of human capital, human capital value, property rights revolution and its incentives, and so on.
