Teaching Objectives
1 Correct understanding of the nature of the course, understanding the knowledge of the structure of Human Resource Management course comprehensively.
2 To understanding the background and development of human resource management, and to grasp the current situation and development trends of human resource management at home and abroad.
3 Master the skills and methods of human resource management, based on the basic concepts, basic principles and basic knowledge of human resource management.
4 Achieve an ability of human resource management, through the construction of the phenomenon of  human resource management , analysis of problem causes, puting forward a solution to the problem, solving practical problems through scientific theory.
Teaching Contents
Through classroom teaching and experience teaching, on the basis of understanding basic assumptions and concepts of modern human resource management, the course requires students to master the theory and method of the whole process of human resource management, training, staff recruitment, job analysis, training development, performance evaluation, salary design, cross culture human resource management and human resource strategy, etc.
The course is systematic and practical, with an emphasis on application. Thinking and practice of the operational management skills are emphasized, and the practical teaching is carried out. In the classroom system, the use of case studies, role play, simulation exercises and other teaching methods takes place. At the same time, an emphasis is put on team learning (teamwork), mutual understanding, in order to achieve the goal of human resource management and learning to achieve the main objectives
