Teaching Objectives

Teaching Contents
Through classroom teaching and experience teaching, on the basis of understanding basic assumptions and concepts of modern human resource management, the course requires students to master the theory and method of the whole process of human resource management, training, staff recruitment, job analysis, training development, performance evaluation, salary design, cross culture human resource management and human resource strategy, etc. The course is systematic and practical, with an emphasis on application. Thinking and practice of the operational management skills are emphasized, and the practical teaching is carried out. In the classroom system, the use of case studies, role play, simulation exercises and other teaching methods takes place.
