Teaching Objectives
1. Familiarity with materials concerning project evaluation and management;2. An understanding of the process and steps of project management.;3. An understanding of the key effect factors of IT project success;4. An understanding of the methodology and perspectives of project evaluation;5. Familiarity with professional English phrases of project evaluation and management.
Teaching Contents
The main contents of this course includes the rationalization of IT project management and its evaluation. In detail, this course includes the nature of information technology projects,  conceptualizing and initializing the IT Project, developing the project charter and baseline project plan, the human side of project management, defining and managing project scopes, work breakdown structure and project estimation, the project schedule and budget, managing project risk, project communication, IT project quality management, managing organizational change, project implementation, project evaluation, and so on.
