On the base of basic knowledge and principles of tourism and leisure industry the aim of this course is to address the problems and explain the phenomenon of hot spring, hot spring`s culture, hot spring`s leisure, leisure recreational tourism of hot springs in particular, thanks to a systematic introduction about leisure tourism the basic knowledge and principles of leisure recreational tourism will be achieved from a single- and multi-disciplinary perspective, the course contains relevant case analysis and is beneficial to tourism management postgraduates in terms of horizon expansion, cognitive skills and creativity. In sum, it is helpful to promote tourism management post graduates specialty, literacy and practical application. After studying this course, the students will : 1. Get hold of hot spring in terms of its resource environment, nature and function, history and development model both at home and abroad. 2. Understand the experience economy of hot springs and related creative planning programs and a scientific planning principle. 3. Grasp the evaluation method and protection means of hot spring resources. 4. Command the basic theory and research methods of hot spring leisure tourism as well as advanced questions relevant to this subject both at home and abroad. |
