This course is a core course for masters degree students majored majoring in enterprise management. It aims to let allow the master students obtain the basic theories, knowledge and skills of supply chain management and be able to grasp preliminary conduct logistics management based on supply chain perspectives, and finally improve their synthesized quality of supply chain management.

The course "supply Supply chain Chain managementManagement" is an obligatory course that studies the basic rules, theories, methods and practical applications of supply chain structuring, operations and management. Supply chain is a broader type of an enterprise structure, which includes all joint companies from the raw material supplier, through different stages of manufacturing, assembling, distribution, until the final consumers. It is a material chain, an information chain and a capital chain that links the supplier to the users, as well as a value-added chain. Material's value is added by manufacturing, packaging and transportation processes, and then benefits all related companies. Taking enterprise logistics activities as the main line, this course systematically introduces the concept, theories and methods of supply chain management, and some related processes.
