Teaching Objectives
1.Making the postgraduate students master the basic theory of international investments and the forefront of the scientific development. 2.Helping the postgraduate students understand the feature and trend of international investments. 3.Helping the postgraduate students in being familiar with the process, technology and success experience through case analyzing. 3.Helping the postgraduate students learning to use the basic theory of international investments to analyze the earnings and risk of international investments, build Chinese enterprises to expand into the international market, implement the operation strategy and the system theory of transnational operation and portfolio investments.
Teaching Contents
This course is a new-rising subject in studying transnational operations and portfolio investments by the angel of market. Mainly introducing the basic ways of international investments, and using the economic tools to analysis and solve existing problems. Course content includes many aspects such as the theory of international investment, macro-environment, mode selection of getting into the international investment, strategy of international investment and the risk analyzing.
