(2) Course Introduction

  “Corporate strategy and risk management” is one of the six major subjects of CPA examination in China. This course mainly introduces the basic theories and methods of corporate strategy and risk management. The main contents include: strategy and strategic management, strategic analysis, strategic choice, strategy implementation, risk and riskmanagement overview, risk management under the framework of internal control. Through this course, students will be able to master the basic knowledge of the company’sstrategic management, the basic theory of internal control and risk management, and apply knowledge to analyze the practice of the company.
