2. Basic Course Introduction

The course aims at introducing the basic theories and essential skills of organization design and job analysis to students. Through studying this course, students should understand and master the following knowledge and skills: program and methods of job analysis, statement of job description, job investigation and design etc., and to be trained in order to improve the abilities of  job analysis and organization design in practical work, in order to meet the needs of a human resource management job in the future.
