2. Course Description

Human Resource Management is the core course for college students majoring in human resource management. By learning this course, students can obtain a comprehensive understanding of the human resource management, grasp the fundamental theory, knowledge and method involved in human resource management and be aware of the importance of the work of human resource management. This course aims to cultivate the students who are better qualified for their future work in the field of human resource management in companies and enterprises.  Students can establish an integrated knowledge system of human resource management and learn how to do the job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment and employment, training and development, performance management, salary management and labor relations so that they can cope with the new problems and difficulties skillfully. The students will acquire good dialectical thinking and creative ability, improve their ability to get and analyze information and communicate and enhance their recognition and awareness on the human resource management work.
